Enjoy delicious stone ground grits for a good southern breakfast. Perfectly paired with the classics - bacon & eggs. 

The starting point for Riverview Farm's farm-milled grits is the heirloom varieties of corn that they grown in their certified organic fields. After harvest and hardening off, the entire kernel – germ, hull, and all – is stone ground by hand, using a 1916 Meadows mill. 

Riverview Farms is a certified organic family farm on 200 acres in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachians in Northwest Georgia.

Our friends at DaySpring Farm in Danielsville, GA grow this delicious organic wheat then mill it into fresh flour. This is a 50/50 blend of DaySpring Farms' red and white wheat flours that has been sifted to remove the bran. Rich cream-colored flour with a sweet smell and taste, excellent for a wide variety of baking applications.
